Instructions:
1. Add (or update) the survey questions that help in building new and innovative KPIs in
accordance with the following: (use a subheading for each)
a) Local requirements of Saudi Arabia,
b) Arabian, but non-Saudi requirements
c) Global requirements from other countries: Australia, UK, USA
2. Review the attached Saudi survey and make sure it is in accordance to the requirements
of any new survey regarding the completion and accuracy of the requested information.

3. Compare and contrast between the attached survey and other surveys from other
countries (Australia, UK, USA) in the field of Finance and Insurance. Provide at least 7
comparison points. (Each point should be explained in one or two sentences)
a) Attach a copy of all surveys (at least 6) you used from the listed countries above
b) Use subheading for each comparison point between the Saudi survey and the
other countries’ surveys (and provide the reference for each).
