As an individual, undertake a Case Study Analysis of the company below (Appendix 1) and identify the specific problems this company has in maintaining employee relations.  Make a clear argument, detailing with supporting evidence, for the problems that BATA management face as you see them.

• Evaluate the impacts of employee relations to the corporate strategy.

 

 

Guidelines:

 

• Assignment should be presented in the form of a report and not an essay.

 

• Assignments will be graded on the basis of:
  1. Research done
  2. Analysis of the facts collated

• Position taken and

• All research must be referenced. A Reference List and a Bibliography MUST be attached. Harvard system of referencing MUST be followed.
