Your task is to undertake an analysis of the issue using one of the four frames described in Bolman and Deal (2013) as a method to gain different perspectives and greater insight into the issue, and provide broader ‘action opportunities’. The workplace issues report is an individual assignment task that requires you to select an issue/situation for analysis. This issue may be drawn from current or past experience in an organisational or other setting.
This assignment is divided into two parts. Part 1 requires you to submit a shorter report, which will identify your issue and the frame you have chosen to analyse it through. This will allow you to get feedback from your eLA to ensure you are on the right track and the issue you have selected is appropriate before you submit Part 2, the final report.Assignment 1B: Workplace issues report – Part 2
