Task
You will choose a company, organization, or online group and analyze their overall communication strategies in a 5-6-page report. In your report, you will: provide a brief overview of the organization, analyze the effectiveness of your organization’s communication strategies (the strengths and weaknesses), identify the organization’s target audiences, and offer suggestions for improving communication. More specifically, you will:
Conduct an audience analysis to identify who your external target audiences are
Conduct a communication audit to determine all of your organization’s current communication strategies. You must analyze the following:
Traditional: brochures, fact sheets, press releases, etc. (these documents are often available online)
Online: website, Facebook, social media, etc.
Analyze and evaluate the current communication strategies for the following areas:
Message quality
Message delivery
