Refer to the data and information provided on “Tip Top Markets Case” on pages 406 and 407 for this assignment and answer below questions.

- Develop a Pareto Diagram in Excel for the 9 weeks collected data. See figure 9.2, page 392, and research Pareto chart online.
Here is a video that teaches how to draw a Pareto chart in Excel:
- Develop 6 Run Charts for each of the category complaints in Excel and draw a linear trend line for each one. See figure 9.11 and page 397.
- Develop a Cause and Effect diagram in Excel for Out-of-Stock category on your Pareto Diagram. Do your analysis based on 4M methodology (Man, Machine, Method, Material). For example causes because of Machine/Equipment might be: inadequate racking, defective refrigerators increasing material spoilage, etc. See figure 9.2 and page 396.
- Based on your analysis make at least 3 recommendations that will address customer complaints. Make sure your recommendations follow the priority of the complaints. To prioritize the complaints pay attention to the Pareto Chart (bigger issues need to be addressed first) and Run Charts (issues with an upward trend need to be prioritized)
