As time passed, advocates of human school relations realized that there may be a lot more than just being economic and rational. According to the setting, it could be determined that man revolves around social relationships and so as to maintain these relationships, all parties should be satisfied. This social framework has social forces that cause rampant interactions whereby individuals make efforts to maintain a relationship so as to keep receiving the satisfactions. Every person is more drawn to the social network he/she belongs to more than the management. A person may seem to be drawn more to a social group and may work more than he may seem to work, not by exceeding his physical capacity, but it is due to his social norms.
