How to do the paper?
I want 8 pages research proposal the literature review has to be done in this work. The work has
to follow the requirements PDF file. The topic will be about the two mainstream Arabic channels
which are Al Jazeera and Al Arabia channels. I want the research to focus on their pages on
Facebook. You have to read and have a background about the topic before you write anything. I
will attach some sources. one of the articles I attached talked about the two channels its name is
“Assessing public sentiments and news preferences on Al Jazeera and Al Arabiya “.
My topic is ” The impacts of Arabian Gulf crisis on Al Jazeera and Al-Arabiya –
Facebook English pages- visual propaganda coverage of Syrian conflict” The aim of this
research is to answer this research question which is “In terms of propaganda frames, how do
images posted to Al Jazeera and Al Arabiya -Facebook English pages differ in the coverage of
Syrian conflict before and after the Arabian Gulf crisis?”. There is one article from the source its
name is “Visual propaganda on Facebook: A comparative analysis of Syrian conflicts” I want
this paper to follow its theoretical and research method. Also, to answer the research question as
the article answered its second research question -I highlighted it-.
This research will use three categories to analyze types of propaganda frame featured in
Facebook images: overt vs covert, analytical vs emotional, and human-interest vs non- human
interest as in the article a told you above.
Things you need to know! Al Jazeera is supported by Qatar, but Al-Arabiya is supported
by Saudi Arabia and other countries – you will find that in one of the sources I provided-. Before
the Arabian Gulf crisis happens, Saudi Arabia and Qatar were friends, but now they are enemy.
Therefore, in this research, I want to see did their visual propaganda coverage of the Syrian
conflict in Facebook have changed before and after the Gulf crisis. In the sampling, I want to
collect 300 samples from both Facebook pages before and after the crisis and analyze them. The
cod and the research method I will follow this article as I wrote above ” Visual propaganda on
Facebook: A comparative analysis of Syrian conflicts”. Please if there is any question ask me.
I provided a Microsoft Word which has some sources links about the issue. You can add
some sources. Please read the requirements mechanisms for the paper before you start you will
find them down.
Please avoid using complicated language or literary language. The language needs to be
easy as the article I attached. Also, the literature review needs to have three sections that relate to
the following three concepts:
-Explanation of the theory you are using.
– Application of the theory to the topic.
– Examining the Theory on Facebook posts involving topic.
The Requirements
A research proposal is essentially a part of the research study, which outlines the theories, operationallydefined
variables, and statistical procedures that will be used as well as why. It includes a completed and
coherent literature review, which concludes with the stated research questions or hypotheses. The design
of the study and methods section would be written in future tense, as the data collection and analysis
should not be complete at this stage of the study.
Introduction: While it should not be labeled as “introduction”, an introduction typically takes a 1-1.5
pages to explain why the study is necessary. An introduction typically explains the organization of the
literature review and ends with a transition.
Literature Review: literature review typically identifies a theory and its major components. It explains
the development of the theory over time, as related to the study it proposes. It provides a rationale and
justification for the research questions and/or hypotheses as well as the methodology employed to address
them. A literature review typically ends by posing the research questions and/or hypotheses. In some
cases, a few sentences are included
immediately after to justify them. In other cases, they are listed after the justification. It should be
between 5-7 pages in length.
Methods: methods section explains the way the study is designed to test hypotheses or
answer research questions. The methods section should take between 2-3 pages. After the study’s design
is described, the methods section should explain sample selection and the
characteristics of respondents/media messages. Then, measures that are employed in the
study should be described, and their reliability and validity should be addressed.
A research proposal does not include a completed study, however the methods section should explain
which procedures will be followed to conduct the study. It should also include a plan forth type of
statistical tests are intended to test research questions and hypotheses, as well as the variables used. A
rationale is essential here to assess the quality of these decisions.
References: list of references should appear at the end of the document and need to be from 2010.
Style: mechanics of your writing, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, among other
elements should contain no, if any, errors. Your paper should utilize the style of the American
Psychological Association (APA, 6th edition). It should be double-spaced, and employ 12-font Times
New Roman. It should include a title, a running head and page numbers. Please treat this paper as a
submission to a journal and demonstrate academic professionalism in
terms of its style. Length: research proposal is typically half of a research paper. A full research paper
typically ranges between 19-23pages including references. Therefore, a research proposal is expected to
range between 9-12 pages.
Note: Everything in the paper must be original. Every single information will
be provided in the paper will be reviewed carefully and will be checked by a
