Following a group simulation/lab session, you will identify an area of collaborative practice you want to improve. You will apply a recognised framework for reflection on prioritising care and teamwork, and generate two key learning goals with associated actions plans to guide your future clinical practice. This task will be assessed on your ability to:

 

use the Gibbs reflective framework to reflect on your learning

generate two key learning goals with associated action plans to guide your future clinical practice using SMART goals framework (may choose to use a table/figure to present these, and elaborate further in text)

align your reflection to the Standards of Practice for the Registered Nurse
